AI + ERP
AI that works inside your ERP, not next to it.
Most of the value of AI in a company lies in ERP data. We connect models and agents to TOTVS, Senior, SAP and other systems to query, cross-check, alert and execute — with access control and an audit trail.
If this sounds familiar
- Important information trapped in screens and reports that few people know how to extract.
- Managers who depend on IT or ERP specialists to answer a simple question.
- Old customizations and fragile integrations between the ERP, spreadsheets and other systems.
- Fear of connecting AI to the ERP without control over who sees and changes what.

Answers in plain language
Managers ask; the AI queries the ERP and answers with data and its source.

Late orders, overdue invoices, critical stock and discrepancies detected automatically.
Postings without typing
Documents and messages become ERP records after validation.

What's included in AI + ERP.
Connectors for leading ERPs

Semantic layer
We translate ERP tables and fields into business concepts the AI understands: customer, order, invoice, receivable.

The AI only sees what the user's profile can see. Writes to the ERP only through approved flows.

Every question and every ERP query is logged, with user, time and data accessed.
Internal copilot
An assistant in Teams, email or a portal for day-to-day questions, integrated with your systems.
Power BI and data

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Didn't find your question? Bring it to the assessment.
Which ERPs do you work with?
We work with ERPs that offer APIs, web services or controlled data access — such as TOTVS (Protheus, RM, Datasul), Senior, SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Sankhya and others. The feasibility of each integration is assessed during the assessment.
Will the AI change data in my ERP?
Only when that is defined and approved. By default we start with read-only access. Writes happen through specific flows, with validation, logs and, when needed, human approval.
Will my ERP data be used to train AI models?
No. We use providers and configurations that do not use customer data for training, and we apply minimization and masking of personal data.
Do we need to replace or customize the ERP?
No. The idea is to work with the ERP you already have, preferably without invasive customizations.
Find out what your ERP can answer on its own.
In the assessment we evaluate your ERP, the available access and the questions that take up most of your managers' time.
